Construction Steps

1. Site Preparation: Clear the area, excavate and compact the soil to ensure a level and stable foundation.

2. Base Layer Installation: Lay a gravel layer (for drainage) and a fine leveling layer to form a solid foundation.

3. Turf Installation: Unroll the artificial turf, cut and join sections to fit the shape, ensuring consistent pile direction.

4. Seam Bonding: Securely bond turf seams using specialized tape and adhesive.

5. Fill with quartz sand: Evenly distribute quartz sand and vigorously brush it in, ensuring the sand settles at the base of the blades for stability.

6. Fill with rubber granules (optional): For a softer feel, add a layer of rubber granules.

7. Brush and final adjustments: Thoroughly brush the blades upright and clean the surface. Install accessories like ball cups.
