Aliphatic adhesives are primarily employed to bond EPDM granules (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber granules) to the base layer, serving as a critical material for laying high-quality sports surfaces.

1.Permeable synthetic running tracks: Used to bond and cure the surface layer of EPDM coloured granules, forming an elastic surface.

2.Composite synthetic running tracks: Used to bond the base layer of black granules to the surface layer of EPDM coloured granules.

3.Suitable for courts, gyms, park pathways and other applications requiring weather-resistant EPDM elastic surfaces with specific colour requirements.

4.Particularly suitable for: projects demanding exceptional aesthetics and durability, such as schools, sports venues and competition-grade running tracks.

Aliphatic adhesive is a premium single-component bonding agent specifically engineered for high-performance breathable synthetic running tracks and composite synthetic running tracks. Its core characteristic lies in the stable chemical structure of its main chain. Unlike conventional aromatic adhesives, it exhibits exceptional resistance to yellowing and ageing.

Consider it the “sunscreen” or “antioxidant serum” of adhesives. Conventional adhesives yellow and become brittle rapidly when exposed to prolonged sunlight, leading to track discolouration and performance degradation. Our aliphatic adhesive maintains its colourless transparency over time, ensuring enduring vibrant track colours and extended service life.
