Application: Designed for sports such as basketball, tennis, and badminton, it delivers athletic performance that meets the demands of professional competitions.
Description:
Rigid acrylic court systems represent a high-performance sports surface material widely used outdoors, favored for its exceptional durability, outstanding cost-effectiveness, and relatively straightforward installation process.
The core of its application lies in applying multiple layers of acrylic coatings with distinct functionalities over a solid, stable concrete or asphalt foundation.
The hard acrylic court system is a multi-layered, high-performance sports surface solution. It involves layering composite materials—composed of acrylic emulsion, selected quartz sand, functional additives, and pigments—onto a solid base layer. This process ultimately creates a professional court with stable technical specifications and an exceptional playing experience. Its application is a scientific and rigorous process.

1. Substrate Preparation
· Inspect and clean concrete or asphalt substrates.
· Repair all cracks and holes to ensure the base is solid, level, and drains properly.
2. Apply Primer Coat
· Roll-apply specialized acrylic primer across entire surface.
· Purpose: Seal substrate and enhance adhesion for subsequent layers.
3. Apply Intermediate Coat (Including Sand Layer)
· Mix acrylic emulsion with measured quartz sand.
· Spread evenly across entire surface using a squeegee to form a durable, wear-resistant textured layer.
4. Apply Topcoat (Color Layer)
· Roll 1-2 coats of colored acrylic topcoat.
· Purpose: Provide final court color and weather resistance.
5. Line Marking
· Measure and mark lines to standard dimensions.
· Apply masking tape to define lines, then paint with specialized white or yellow line paint.
6. Curing
· Allow the surface to cure undisturbed for at least 48-72 hours after application.
· Use only after the coating has fully cured.
