Construction Steps

1.Substrate Preparation and Grinding: Thoroughly clean the floor surface. Use professional grinding machines to grind and shot-blast the substrate, removing loose mortar, oil stains, and loose layers. Ensure the substrate is solid, level, and clean to provide excellent adhesion for the coating.

2.Epoxy Primer Application: Mix solvent-free epoxy primer thoroughly according to specified ratios, then apply evenly using roller or trowel. This layer penetrates and reinforces the substrate, seals the surface, and bonds the base layer to subsequent coatings.

3.Epoxy Intermediate Mortar Layer Troweling: Mix epoxy intermediate coating with appropriate quartz sand, then trowel onto the cured primer layer. This process effectively levels the floor, compensates for substrate imperfections, and significantly enhances the overall compressive strength and abrasion resistance of the flooring.

4.Epoxy Putty Layer and Topcoat Application: Apply epoxy putty to further seal and refine the surface. Finally, evenly roll-apply the epoxy topcoat. The topcoat provides the final decorative finish (color, gloss) and delivers excellent performance properties including abrasion resistance, corrosion protection, and easy cleanability.
